“Harris is a hopeless, waffling, cackling mess of a candidate”
Just for a fleeting moment, Democrat Kamala Harris seemed headed for the U.S. presidency but luckily for the Western World in general and Americans in particular this nightmare scenario now looks doomed.
American media is now reporting opinion polls moving away from Harris and towards former President Trump in the so-called swing states. These are the half-dozen or so states which change hands and hold the key to victory.
The U.S. Democrat Party, always strong on determination and short on scruples, had clearly reckoned they could do it again. After all, wasn’t Joe Biden a hopeless candidate who was manipulated into the winner’s enclosure despite clearly being ravaged by dementia and never being very smart in the first place.
Democrats, over-loaded with money and exploiting immensely powerful and influential high-tech billionaires, used the Covid pandemic as an excuse for keeping Biden holed up in his basement for most of the 2020 campaign to hide his obvious infirmities. Social media sites like Facebook and Twitter held back stories on Hunter Biden’s laptop and other controversies which may have damaged Biden. It helped to have corrupt security experts like the 51 “spies that lie” who signed a letter claiming the laptop was a Russian construction.
Spies that lied
Prominent spies that lied included former CIA director John Brennan, James R. Clapper Jr., the former director of national intelligence, and Leon Panetta, former Secretary of Defence. They will all be hoping and praying for a Harris victory in the presidential election November 5 because a Donald Trump victory might well mean an investigation, prosecution and chokey time. That rescue seems unlikely now.
The Democrats are hoping to use the same tactics this time around because Harris is a hopeless, waffling, cackling mess of a candidate who needs to be protected, just like Biden. She only reached the White House because she was the beneficiary of a woke manipulation to make sure the Vice-President was female and a minority. When I remind you another candidate on the list was Georgia’s Stacey Abrams, you will see the competition wasn’t very strong.
Usually, this wouldn’t matter because VEEPs get little primetime. But because of Biden’s unique inadequacy and health, she was in danger of becoming President if he croaked on the job. Biden was a weak candidate for re-election but refused to be forced aside. It was only after a massive failure in a debate with Trump that Biden was forced to drop out. One of his few strong cards was the clear uselessness of Harris, but in the event and with a bit of help from former President Barrack Obama, Harris got the nod.
They can manipulate Harris just like Biden
Because Obama and other Democrat elites reckon they can manipulate Harris just like Biden, they decided to go ahead with her candidacy and avoid a Convention election. So Harris is the candidate having avoided any primary contests. She’s untested and it shows. Her weird meaningless responses were quickly designated “word salads” even by friendly media.
Can the Democrats and their corrupt and biased mainstream media allies foist a bad candidate into the White House? Not this time and the debate failure by Biden is the key. Like Europeans, most voters pay little attention to politics until an election comes around. That means Biden’s mental deterioration was a big surprise to the millions who tuned into the debate, probably picking up on politics for the first time since the last election. That’s why the response was so devastating. And it wasn’t just Biden’s feebleness that was shocking. Potential voters also figured out quickly that the only way this could have happened was with the collusion and connivance of the media.
Floating voters are now very much aware of this corruption and a few minutes of exposure to Harris will show they are being played for fools again.
CBS outrage
Harris spurted in the opinion polls after the convention as she performed to cheering friendly audiences. But she couldn’t avoid exposure to hostility which she clearly can’t handle even with the help of her paid-for media allies. Last week, Harris was interviewed by CBS’s 60 Minutes flagship political show. She foundered on a question about Israel in the taped interview, but CBS deleted that answer and secretly substituted another one when it was broadcast. The truth came out and promoted a storm of anger about journalistic principles, or rather the lack of them.
Harris is losing support amongst black men to Trump, and his improving share in this vote is not only unprecedented, but almost a killer blow right there. Latinos are moving to Trump too.
Harris has been making abortion rights a big part of her campaign, but that looks like losing her crucial votes in the important Pennsylvania election. Catholics are a big part of this state’s electorate, and they don’t like her liberal abortion views, not to mention another Harris weakness, her views on gender. Harris once said she was against fracking for oil and gas but has lamely tried to turn that around. That also will hurt her in Pennsylvania.
She’s being interviewed by Fox News’s Bret Baier Wednesday. He’s tough but fair, in my experience. Expect questions on immigration and open borders, the most important issue of the campaign, followed by fracking and energy prices, and grocery price inflation. These are likely to befuddle Harris and inspire much weird word-salad desperation. That could be the end of her campaign right there.
